Joseph Indriolo brings extensive expertise to Equity Builders, with nearly two decades of experience in commercial construction and real estate throughout Florida. He holds multiple professional licenses, including Certified General Contractor, Certified Roofing Contractor, Commercial Pool and Spa Contractor, and Real Estate Sales Associate. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in

Accountancy from John Carroll University in 2003.

Prior to founding Equity Builders, Joseph served as an accountant at Commercial Alloys Corp in Cleveland, Ohio, where he collaborated closely with ownership on acquisitions and strategic investments. His impactful contributions to business development led him to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2005.

Sam Easton brings extensive expertise to Equity Builders, with nearly a decade of experience managing build-outs for industrial properties and Class A office spaces. As Managing Partner of Equity Builders of South Florida, Sam has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and fostering key client relationships across the region. Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Alabama.

Prior to his current role, Sam represented Equity Builders of Florida for eight years, successfully overseeing projects that consistently delivered results on time and under budget.
